Eligible voters who wish to vote by mail must re-apply for ballots each calendar year. To be eligible to vote by mail in Texas, you must be registered to vote AND:
Request a Tarrant County paper ballot by email as early as 60 days before the election. When you receive your paper ballot, it must be completed and postal mailed to the County Election Office.
If you have a disability, you have the right to bring someone into the voting booth with you to help you. You can bring anyone except your employer, an agent of your employer, or an officer or agent of your labor union. You may also request assistance from the election officials.
Your polling place should be physically accessible and have accessible equipment that allows you to vote privately and independently.
An election officer may give voting priority to individuals with a mobility problem that substantially impairs the person’s ability to move around.
For assistance in English or Spanish call 844-TX-VOTES, in Asian languages call 888-API-VOTE, in Arabic call 844-YALLA-US, and in American Sign Language (video call) call 301-818-VOTE.
Contact your County Elections Office with any further questions about polling places.
Your donation is an opportunity to be part of the change. Show MarQ Clayton that you have her back!
